Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we have delivered diesel engines to many countries globally to keep the wheels of industry moving! Upon quoting for your engine, just let us know where it needs to be delivered and we’ll arrange a shipping quotation.
Can I visit your workshop?
Our premises are located in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire where we have a workshop and large stock of diesel engines. You are welcome to visit us anytime from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM. Please call us on 01472 210888 to arrange the best time and your requirements upon visiting.
What industries do you supply?
The majority of diesel engines that we supply are used in machinery for industries such as, civil engineering, quarrying, construction and agriculture. At the heart of every machine lies a driving force which, in many cases, is a diesel engine!
What engines do you hold in stock?
The main brands of diesel engines we supply are Deutz, Perkins, Lister Petter, Kubota & CAT. We have experience in other brands but these are the main stock items.
What is your warranty on products?
New, unused and reconditioned engines have a 1 year warranty as standard. Low hour engines have a 6 month warrant and Good Working Order condition engines carry a 3 month warranty.
How do I know I’m getting the right replacement engine?
Industrial engines have 30 years of experience in diesel engines for industrial equipment, so we’ll take you through a proven process of getting the right one. To make this process faster, please have the engine model number and engine serial number ready. If you can’t find this our technical team will be able to direct you further.
Can you repair engines?
Our main business is involved in the sale of new and used complete diesel engines. Our workshop and engineers are fully qualified and experienced in engine repair but this tends to only be for specific service contracts. If your engine is causing problems, please contact our team on 01472 210888 and we’ll gladly advise your best route to get the problem solved.
Do you offer service exchange?
Yes, we offer this on all our industrial engine sales. Please let us know the model number and serial number of your current diesel engine and we’ll give you a value. Once this has been agreed, we will raise the full invoice for your new engine along with a surcharge for the old engine; the surcharge will then be credited once we have received the engine back. Carriage charges for the return of the old engine will be deducted from the credit when we have arranged collection.
Do you supply spare parts?
We certainly do – in fact we even have an Ebay shop for them so you can buy your spare engine parts online! Contact the Industrial Engines team on 01472 210888 if you require any assistance.
What do you charge for delivery?
Diesel engines come in many different shapes, weights and sizes so we can’t give a ‘one size fits all’ delivery cost. However, we have strong relationships with reputable transport companies which means we’re always competitive. Also, we’ll always make sure you’re happy with the cost to deliver your engine before we take your money.
Are your engines new or second hand?
The diesel engines we supply can be either new, unused, low hour, reconditioned or good working order engines. Depending on your requirements and budget, our team can work with you to identify which condition of engine is the most suited to your needs.
